Specification Sales Manager

Scotland/Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specification Sales Manager – Scotland at Grant Westfield Limited, the company behind the UK’s leading panel brand, Multipanel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards sector specific market development plans to increase awareness of Grant Westfield brands.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target markets and develop relationships to generate new leads and specifications.
  • Work with key accounts and their sales teams to generate leads and specifications for Multipanel / Naturepanel
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to ensure that Multipanel / Naturepanel is the preferred choice.
  • Work closely with the Grant Westfield sales team to ensure a high conversion rate of specifications to sales.

The successful candidate’s profile:

  • Requirements

    Essential:

    • Strong understanding of sales channels and approaches with prior experience of developing and implementing a successful multi-channel sales strategy.
    • Strong specification sales experience
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

     

    Desirable:

    • Working within the manufacturing sector
    • Product knowledge
