Customer Service Advisor – Temp

Are you a customer service star with a passion for helping people? Do you thrive in a busy environment where every interaction makes a difference? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice on our Grant Westfield products and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

 (Fixed Term Contract - 6 months)

ROP: £12.60 per hour

Key responsibilities:

As a key member of our contact centre, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding service: Answering inbound queries from customers, expertly handling their enquiries, and providing accurate product information.
  • Efficient order processing: Accurately inputting customer orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating for success: Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Teamwork and support: Contributing to the achievement of our Contact Centre's key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contributing to the team: Taking on additional duties as needed to support the business.

 

The successful candidate’s profile:

Sills and Experience:

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also embodies our core values.

Essential:

  • Experienced in a busy Contact Centre or Customer Service environment
  • Experienced in an administrative role, showcasing your organisational prowess.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience with the Epicor system would be a bonus!

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Educated to National 5 level or equivalent, including strong passes in Mathematics and English
