Venesta Washroom Systems acquires the Intellectual Property Rights for Grant Westfield Commercial Contracts Division products.
Within the construction community, Grant Westfield’s Commercial Contracts Division became recognised as the hallmark of quality in the design, manufacture and installation of high end commercial washrooms. However, the prevailing Brexit headwinds and a sustained downturn in the construction industry meant fewer available commissions for commercial washrooms and fiercer competition for them. It is against that backdrop that in December 2017 Grant Westfield made the decision to withdraw from the Commercial Contracts and Washrooms market and to close their Commercial Contracting division.
Following this decision, Venesta and Grant Westfield are pleased to announce Venesta’s acquisition of the Intellectual Property Rights for Grant Westfield Commercial Contracts Division products.
Venesta has agreed a transition license for Grant Westfield to complete and deliver live orders to ensure there is a seamless handover for customers. All new enquiries for commercial washroom products will be directed to Venesta.
