Coronavirus – Customer Announcement
Following the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) our priority is the health and wellbeing of colleagues, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
We are regularly reviewing our operations, to ensure our colleagues and stakeholders are supported, and that we minimise any impact on the supply of goods to customers.
We have a robust sourcing strategy and strong supplier relationships that allow us to manage most risks.
To date there has not been any meaningful impact to our operations and our factory, customer support teams and nationwide depot network are operating business as usual at this time.
Some of the steps we have taken as a business include:
• Adding more hand sanitisers throughout our facilities
• Reminders to all colleagues regarding maintaining the highest hygiene standards
• Imposed clear restrictions on non-essential business travel, events and meetings
• Our sales team are continuing to provide support to customers and visiting premises and sites only where it has been agreed and safe to do so.
However, we will remain vigilant and flexible to manage a dynamic situation and further updates to our business continuity response to Covid-19 will be provided as the situation evolves.
