“Inspirational” Armadale Academy kick-starts £1.25B Schools Building Programme in Scotland...
Building on our growing stature and experience within the education sector, and meeting SSLD-3 standards for the BSF programme across English schools, Grant Westfield was in prime position to supply and install Options Scuba and Laminate cubicles for shower and WC use respectively, with Clipclad® duct framework, vanity units and benching offering a comprehensive package.
On opening Armadale Academy, Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Lifelong Learning described the new building as “an inspirational example of everything a school should be.”
Last month Ms Hyslop announced the first 14 secondary schools to benefit from a £1.25 billion school building across Scotland.
Grant Westfield’s expertise in the schools sector is not restricted to the washroom. We also specialise in laboratory furniture, changing room furniture including lockers, benches and shower panels, as well as work-stations for Home Economics and IT rooms.
